Pulp Press Launch at the Hobgoblin in Brighton on Friday 27 February 2009
Lordy. With ugly and undisguised pride that we announce that the Pulp Press launch was an out-and-out success. Beer and gin was drunk like they were about to announce a prohibition the morning after and the whole damn place erupted in a scene that looked like Hogarth drew it.
The pinnacle of the night was when the official burlesque dancer of Pulp Press, Bella de Jac, took to the stage and did her thing. And it was the best damn thing most of us had seen in a long time. We also used the excuse to showcase the new line of official Pulp Press Merchandise, featuring T-shirts and badges and hand mirrors and all sorts of dime store trinkets. These items will be available online as soon as we get the ebay gig thing set up. We'll keep you posted

All in all it was a bloody good night which ended in one Hell of a mess. As a result Pulp Press are looking to run various events, gigs and club nights in the near future. We will keep you posted on that, too.
